Ben Dahlman
Chief Executive Officer
Ben joined the firm in 2005, graduating from Trinity International University with a degree in Accounting and Management and from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Civil Engineering. Ben's broad education has helped him to handle the different aspects of the construction industry. In addition to corporate management, he provides estimating and project management, while overseeing the equal employment program, and environment issues. Ben is certified as LEED-AP and a Lead-Safe Renovator.

J.S. Dahlman

Joining the firm in 1991, J.S. has over 25 years of experience that have provided him with a wide depth of knowledge in the areas of project management, estimating, pre-construction services, and business development. J.S. is a Dartmouth College graduate in Engineering and Economics and is currently a Board Member of Allied Construction Employers Association in Milwaukee.

Joining the firm in 1991, J.S. has over 25 years of experience that have provided him with a wide depth of knowledge in the areas of project management, estimating, pre-construction services, and business development. J.S. is a Dartmouth College graduate in Engineering and Economics and is currently a Board Member of Allied Construction Employers Association in Milwaukee.

Joe joined the firm in 1974 after serving in the Department of Navy, Civil Engineer Corp. as an Officer in charge of construction at Lemoore Naval Air Station in California. Joe is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Construction Engineering. His primary responsibilities include project development, construction management, and estimating.

Jack joined the firm in 1965 and his 51 years of experience have provided him with a wide depth of knowledge to effectively manage our client's ongoing challenges. Jack is a graduate of Milwaukee School of Engineering with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is recognized by the construction industry for his ability to consistently meet all of the critical objectives for projects. Clients regularly comment on how they appreciate his hands-on approach with key issues. His primary responsibilities include project management, estimating, and cost control.

Vice President
Mark joined the firm in 2015 but has been active in the industry since 1977. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin. His expertise is in project development and project management. He is past president of Allied Construction Employers Association and past president of Masters Builders Association of Milwaukee.

Joe joined the firm in 2014 and has 28 years of experience in the construction industry. Joe has a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition to project management and estimating, he also has extensive experience in building design and code review.

General Field Superintendent
Keith joined the firm in 2010 bringing 15 years of carpentry experience. In addition to serving as Dahlman's Safety Director, Keith's responsibilities include scheduling of manpower, supervising field operations and providing support to both the field and the office.
